At Regenesis Resource Center, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We understand that occasionally an item may not meet your expectations or may be defective. Please review our return policy below for information on how to return a defective product.

Defective Product Returns

  • We accept returns only for defective products. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will require details about the defect and may request photos or further documentation to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us at think.regenesis@gmail.com or call +2347080008219. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any supporting photos or videos.

  2. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return Shipping: Once you have received the RA number, please package the defective product securely. Return shipping costs will be covered by us, provided the product is confirmed to be defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the product is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not defective or are damaged due to improper use or handling.

  • Items returned outside of the 14-day window.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a refund and place a new order for a replacement.
